Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever occurs first.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel an Order

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If the order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after cancellation approval.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is applicable unless any advance payment was made.

Cancellation by Haxxus

Haxxus reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Operational or technical issues

In such cases, customers will be notified and any prepaid amount will be refunded in full.
